I like 1 scoop muscletech peanut butter chocolate mixed in 1 cup dannon light and fit vanilla greek yogurt mmmmm :) 50 grams of protein and only 260 calories not too bad for something that tastes like dessert :)

Thank you everyone :) I think I'm going to go with c4 since it seems to be the most mentioned (other than coffee lol) I love coffee but want more than just caffeine :)

Best thing to do is drink lots of water and get up and move- burn off those calories even if it hurts your belly. It'll make you feel better later. I binge bad last weekend and afterward I did yard work after I got done I felt better physically and mentality :)

I did it to kickstart my diet. It worked (about 8lbs) but I don't recommend it. Just log properly and keep to your goals. I eat about 1200 calories a day and am very satisfied because I eat lots of lean meat, veggies and fruit :) good luck

No cheat days, no soda, limited artificial sweateners & watch carb fat protein macronutrients (around 40,20,40 % is good) and only use heather fats avocado, almonds etc ...I have lost 40 lbs in 3 months so yes it's possible especially if u have recently gained the weight.

Ok i was just curious if someone has tried it I think i will just stick with the old fashion diet and exercise but this belly fat is driving me crazy. I can feel me abs but I want to see them.

I was told once you should eat like a king for breakfast, a queen for lunch and a princess for dinner. It works well for me you can look at my diary and see :smiley:
