    Beta Alanine induces lactic acid buffering, which gives you the muscular endurance to perform a few extra reps that people are referring to in this thread.

    If you're training in a fasted/semi-fasted state, you may also want to try BCAAs.

    Thank you everyone :) I think I'm going to go with c4 since it seems to be the most mentioned (other than coffee lol) I love coffee but want more than just caffeine :)
