I literally just had this battle 5 minutes ago. Klondike bar, 250-260 calories, or Edy's fruit bar, 80 calories. I only had 95 calories left for the day. I decided to be good and eat my fruit sorbet bar, and it was delicious and I am super satisfied :)

Yea thats what I was thinking too. I don't know what I did to it, Its just been sore all day long. Maybe I'll just take it easy and walk on the treadmill or something!

I just started this week as well. I'm on the regular class schedule. Yesterday was my off day, but I did a little yoga/pilates. Today is day #4 and shes got me doing the fire 30 stretch 10 again. I'm loving it so far!

You should go with the calories on the machine, MFP is just a guesstimate. The machine will always be more accurate :)

Most gyms have a no cell phone policy while working out, I would say something to someone that works there if the person is rude about it or refuses to stop. I cant see how thats safe or polite to talk on your cell phone while working out around other people
