TurboFire time. Help!

So...its TF time but my ankle has been bothering me all day....should I still workout and risk actually hurting it or take the day off?? I took the day off yesterday because we were out of town and then at the beach all day...I can't decide what to dooo

    I wouldn't risk working out, like you said you could make it worse. Take time to recover and get back on track when you feel better. Turbo Fire has a lot of jumping and twisting so the chance of injuring it is high.

    Depends on what kind of "hurt." If it didn't stop me from doing any of my other daily activities I would still try to work out and if it started hurting too much then I would stop. I wouldn't do any jumps either way today though.
  • Yea thats what I was thinking too. I don't know what I did to it, Its just been sore all day long. Maybe I'll just take it easy and walk on the treadmill or something!

    I used TF for 2 months before having to give it up, even though I loved it. I was having problems with pulled muscles, hurt joints ect. The program is fun, but very hard physically on the body. Take rest before you really end up hurting yourself.
