I would say just do what it takes to get the weight off, do things you think may work for you because as we all know everyone is different. We could only tell you what we have done but you have to try to get it done in a way that will help you regardless of what anyone says. Good luck :flowerforyou:

Well for me Tae Bo really helps. You can really see a difference very soon. Try that as well just on days you aren't running.

Sorry to hear about your break up. The exact same thing to me happened last year and I lost some weight just because I was not eating the same because I was so sad. You have to just think positive that everything will be okay and make sure to keep yourself healthy regardless of the situation. Good luck.

I was and at times still am the same. What I do is drink water before bed. I try to think about how it is not worth eating so late and all the hard work I did for the day will be wasted! Just stay focused and your eyes on the prize.
