I agree with everyone else, it's water weight. I did something similar about two weeks ago from one day to the next I gained 5 "pounds" from just one day of crazy eating. I know it's hard, but don't focus so much on the scale tells you...for me so far it hasn't always been what I want I to be. Focus more on how much more…

I started bodyrocking just last week and look forward to doing the exercises. I love that Lisa-Marie gives all these modifications that are still very challenging.

I work out because on good days it gives me energy and on bad days it makes me feel like I did something great for my body. A win/win in my book.
