I agree with what everyone said. It may take you a little longer to prep when you get the food home from the store, but if you do it all then, it's just grab and go. I prep all my snacks for the week on Sunday. Veggies get washed and put into snack size ziploc bags. I take baby carrots, cucumbers or celery. Fruit gets…

I am kind of at a standstill, I feel. I'm not losing any pounds and my clothes still fit the same. This is after about 2 months of 1200 calories and working out 5 days a week. I feel like there's something I'm doing wrong, just couldn't figure out what. I don't want to give up, so I suppose I need to keep switching things…
