Flat Outs?
What do you do with these besides make "wraps". I tried making pizza but wasn't very creative so I only had sauce, cheese, chicken breast and jalepenos on it. Any recipes or yummy ideas welcome! I'd hate for the pack to go to waste, I just don't want to buy ham or turkey to make wraps and waste those too.

Yet another "am I eating enough calories?" question

How many lbs a week do you set to lose?
I was set to lose 2lbs a week on myfitnesspal but I realized for my weight (190), that's just too much at a time. I changed it to 1 pound loss a week and will hopefully get some results. Have any of you noticed a difference when changing your weight loss goal per week?
