Egg muffins are wonderful and SO easy. Pinterest has a ton of recipes.

I find that the PB2 gives greek yogurt a very PB-y taste. I add two tablespoons to vanilla greek and LOVE it. The chocolate PB2 is also good mixed in.

Would a stress fracture cause bruising or tenderness to the touch though? Because I've experienced neither!

No, I run in New Balance running shoes that I was fitted for.

She also posts Weight Watchers points for anyone who's following WW.

Skinny taste is an AMAZING website. She lists all the nutritional value, but I usually calculate it myself as I sometimes use different ingredients or brands. Everything I've tried by her is delicious though. Not one bad thing. This: http://www.skinnytaste.com/2011/04/chicken-rollatini-with-spinach-alla.html is by far my…

No problem! All the reviews says it's delicious so I can't wait to try it.

You are such an inspiration! Thank you for sharing your knowledge:)

Yep, happens all the time. My boss gets a dozen donuts every Friday for my department (of three people, mind you) to share. It's a nice gesture but I feel bad if I don't eat one. I have only had one so far in the 6 weeks I've worked here. She also always wants to order a huge pizza to share or a bunch of chinese dishes.…

I meant no harm by this thread and was not trying to "downgrade" her by any means. She has asked me for advice on several occasions because she has seen me bring my lunch, which is pretty balanced. I would never, ever cross the boundary of giving her lifestyle advice just because she doesn't practice the same nutrition as…

wlkumpf, that is so sad! They think they're being cool parents by letting their kids eat whatever, but really, they are setting their kids up to be obese adults. We all know the problems that come along with that. I grew up eating junk because I lived in a single parent household with a mom who worked two jobs. She didn't…

^ haha! About as healthy as potatoes au gratin

Oh I completely agree, kls13la, but the large fries and Coke kinda cancelled that out! lol Maybe I'm just bitter because I can smell her fries and want to dive face first into them, though;-)

I am in the exact same situation you are in, minus the injury. Working out and eating my calorie goal to a T yet still the scale isn't moving. I don't even feel like my clothes are getting looser. Curious to hear what others will give as advice!

It isn't bad. Maybe switch to wheat bread and natural peanut butter. Also add in a fruit if you can!

Trying to use one tonight to wrap tuna salad in...wish me luck..

great ideas everyone! Thinking I might try some type of buffalo chicken pizza with them...

I mix with vanilla yogurt (sometimes regular yogurt, sometimes greek, depending on what I have at the time) and dip apples in it. I have also mixed it into plain outmeal with cinnamon, mashed banana and vanilla protein powder to sweeten. I LOVE PB2. I use it most often in protein shakes though.

I'm 25 and wanting to drop 40 pounds. Feel free to add me:)

Like everyone else said, veggies and fruit. I try to have a cup of fruit as my "mid morning snack". On my current rotation, I have fresh watermelon, kiwis, mango, clementine oranges and pineapple. For my afternoon snack I have either veggies like baby carrots and hummus, a protein bar or greek yogurt. I pack my lunch and…

I only add 1/4 cup of almond milk to make it thin enough to drink through a straw lol... I've only recently tasted it alone and it isn't my cup of tea either!

I don't have anything I can't live without but the things I do use are: 100% Gold Standard Whey Protein- I add half a scoop (which is half a serving) to a shake with PB2, ice, almond milk, half a banana and flax seed. Only drink this in the place of a meal at breakfast or after a particularly strenuous workout. Flax Seed-I…

I've tried just mashing them like potatos with a fork or with the actual potato masher but I just don't find it gets smooth enough. Blending works perfectly! I've also heard of people adding a little chicken broth to give flavor but I found mine to have enough.

They are AMAZING! I make mine by steaming one head of cauliflower that I cut up into bite size pieces. I love garlic so I steam three or four peeled cloves along with the cauliflower, but you can leave that out. I then throw my soft cauliflower into my Ninja Blender (any blender would do the trick, or a food processor) I…
