Supplements You Swear By? - Share Your Supplement Routine

Hey everyone!
This is my first post and I have to say I love MFP! The support is just awesome especially when everyone around me is on planet junk food. Anyways, my question is;
What supplements do you swear by (i.e. use regularly, couldn't be stranded on a desert island without) and why? I am not talking about 'weight-loss pills' here, I mean nutritional supplements like multivitamins and protein shakes.
Here is my list ( I have kept this regimen for 2 years now):
New Chapter Organics Every Woman Multivitamin - this is my basic multivitamin to support overall good health (1@ lunch/1 @ dinner).
Vitamin Code Raw-B Complex - Several years ago I tested as being Vitamin B deficient so I overload on B vitamins, mainly right before I go to bed to avoid the 'niacin flush' (2 capsules @ bedtime).
DIM ( Diindolylmethane) - This is an estrogen metabolism supplement. I am VERY pear shaped which indicates an excess of estrogen in my body. Woman who are pear shaped often struggle to lose weight with diet and exercise, have irregular periods, and tend to crave sweets more than the average person. DIM is a phytonutrient and plant indole found in cruciferous vegetables including broccoli, brussels sprouts, cabbage, cauliflower and kale, with potential antiandrogenic and antineoplastic activities. It is also being used to treat prostate, leukemia, and cervical cancers. I have been taking this for two years now and the difference in me is night and day (1 @ lunch/1 @ dinner).
New Chapter WHOLEmega - Omega fatty complex. I'm pretty sure everyone knows the benefits of Omega fatty acids like the ones found in fish oil (1 @ lunch/ 2 @ dinner).
Liquid Calcium & Magnesium - Calcium because I'm a woman and it's a good idea to supplement to prevent bone loss. Magnesium because I have been taking Adderall for Narcolepsy since I was 15 and prolonged use of Adderall causes Ca2+ ions to build up in the brain. Magnesium prevents this build-up and my doctor recommends it ( 2 capsules @ bedtime).
New Chapter Zinc Food Complex - Dr.'s request. I tested as having low zinc levels at the same time I was positive for having a vitamin B deficiency. The technical term for this deficiency is called pyroluria - feel free to 'Google' it, it's too complicated to explain here (1 @ breakfast).
This week I will be adding L-Carnitine and CoQ10 to help with low-carb dieting. I also like to use GNC 25 Lean Shake mix and Isopure Low-Carb protein powder for smoothies and a sweet treat in the afternoon. I mix them with strawberries, heavy whipping cream, and ice - DELICIOUS!
What does your supplement routine look like? I am just curious to find out what other people take and what's working for them.
I look forward to hearing from all you! Thanks for sharing!

I don't have anything I can't live without but the things I do use are:
100% Gold Standard Whey Protein- I add half a scoop (which is half a serving) to a shake with PB2, ice, almond milk, half a banana and flax seed. Only drink this in the place of a meal at breakfast or after a particularly strenuous workout.
Flax Seed-I put this in everything! Pasta sauce, oatmeal, shakes, etc.
One a Day Women's Multi-vitamin-I take it when I remember to, basically
No Xplode-I only take this before attempting a long run. Some people say it makes them too jittery, but I like it. I do half a scoop in a little bit of water about 20 minutes before the gym.0 -

AWESOME! Sounds great! I used to use 100% Gold Standard Whey Protein, but I found the taste of my current protein powder(s) much better. Still worked awesome though.
Never been a fan of almond milk, but I know that it's FANTASTIC for you. I stay FAR FAR away from anything soy because it naturally raises your estrogen levels and as we all know, estrogen = fat storing.0 -
I only add 1/4 cup of almond milk to make it thin enough to drink through a straw lol...
I've only recently tasted it alone and it isn't my cup of tea either!0
