I had never heard of this type of eating before. It sounds interesting. I might take a book out of the library and see what I can find out.

I say all the power to them! It takes tremendous courgae to post before and after photo's of one's weight loss. If they choose to do it in thier bra/underware that go for it! I sure as hell will be :)

Getting medicated makes a world of difference. Therapy is a large part provided it is cognitive therapy. If you are just looking to complain and whine about what has happened in the past you won't get anywhere. You have to take steps on improving your current situation and your future.

Hey all, I'm in Ontario, Canada. I love this challenge! The scale is mean big machine for me. If I don't lose I cry and if I do I celebrate. I'm going to move into my spare bedroom so I don't even see it and I'm not tempted to get on it.

Based on the original reply how is having a boob job any different than losing weight? It could be said that both are done because of being pressured by society. Why do you even care if she wants a boob job....they aren't your boobs. I also give a very generous eye roll.
