I am breast feeding as well. I give myself and extra 350 calories a day for it. I actually put it right into my food diary and it works out the calorie count for me.

Ground round, yes it's tofu but your hubby will never know because it looks and tastes like ground beef. I use it to make vegetarian chili of this website www.alive.ca. Also, depending on where you live you could also use deer, moose, and rabbit in recipes.

Make the decision - really make the decision and just do it! It's not as hard as everyone makes it out to be. Once I made the commitment it really wasn't all that hard. Sorry, if that wasn't the answer you were looking for.

Start slow, like a walk with baby in stroller. They benefit from the fresh air and it's gets you out of the house.

Wear a HRM and you will know exactly. You can't go based on others because you have no idea what they weight, how tall or the amount of effort being put in.

If your butt is off the couch you will see results :) your form will get better each time you do it. You could consider using a mirror to correct yourself.

If someone is burning 1000 calories in a 60 minute workout while using a HRM they would be on the brink of having a heart attack.

If you are getting hungrier earlier I would say add some protein but that could be easy as adding protein powder to your yogurt. I eat mine with almond butter - soooo delish!

All I can say is what others have said. Your sodium is pretty high and the majority of your calories are eaten in the evening. Also, how much water are you drinking? Either you don't drink it or you don't log it. Might want to try the easiest thing first.
