I'm at the same position as you were! had a bad habit of eating less than my bmr for a long long time and had been at a stall for more than a year now. this week I started eating more with a minimum of 1500 calories each day and Im starting to feel that growl and craving for food again which is great! but if I drink protein shake all the time to fill up my calories does that mean I will have to eat less eggs and fish (I usually eat those) just so I don't end up eating too much protein a day?

eating back my calories is going to be so hard for me, can anyone suggest quick calories to stack up my calories count? does a chocolate bar work :p

well i have to eat above 1415 so i was aiming for 1500. It could be done. The real problem i have is eating back those calories after exercising. If i was to burn 500 calories, i can not eat 2000 calories in food... I just dont have the appetite and time to eat that many unless i go out to eat every night.
