Hi im Jerilyn im also 5'8 & I weighed in @ 250lbs my CW is 239.4 lbs & I need to loose 100 lbs maling my goal weight 150lbs from there I may loose more depending on how slim I get. I dont want to b pencil thin lol...feel free to add me everyone :):flowerforyou:

Go on skinnytaste, I :heart: her healthy maked chicken nuggets and her Broccoli & cheese stuffed chicken...or perhaps u can make bbq chicken in ur crockpot. Just spray ur crockpot with a lil cooking spray and lil water, then add chicken breast, maybe some onions and some bbq sauce and pretty much set it and forget it…

just add little water & put on low. Pretty much "set it & forget it" method...usually done between 4&6 hours...just place in freezer bags and there ready whenever you need em :)

I eat lots of bonless skinless chicken breast. When I come back from grocery shopping I put some chicken in the crockpot for about 6 hours and it will b finely shredded. Then I freeze em for quesadillas or tacos or casseroles, whatever id like. :)
