I've been on Match.com and met my last boyfriend on there. It didn't work out, but I'm back at it again. This time on POF. I just moved to Hawaii not too long ago so I don't really know many people either. I figure at worst if I don't find a romantic connection with someone, maybe I can land myself a new friend. So far…

You need to update your picture and profile then! You are better off without him! "Ain't Nobody got time for that!"

Try seltzer water, they come in flavors too.. just keep mind of the labels and make sure it reads 0 all the way down, some sneak in sodium and such. This can help.

Good work honey! Keep it up! :) Consider this girl inspired! :)

I want to workout consistently everyday for at least 30 minutes. I would like to lose 15 lbs. Today was my first day starting Jillian Michaels Body Revolution and I plan on doing that and also starting C25K.

Not going to lie, I miss the daily check-in/postings you had as opposed to weekly. Found it kept me more accountable? How do you feel?

I am doing my measurements on a monthly basis, but I weigh myself weekly (admittedly sometimes I peek during the week as it helps motivate me if I am lacking). Since starting JM's Body Revolution, I lost 2.2 lbs this week! :) I was hoping to break thru the 200s, but that will have to happen this week. ;) I am feeling…

I very much dislike Cardio 1. Yesterday was my day I was supposed to double up on Cardio and when I went to attempt it I got 8 minutes into it and toppled over because I was so dizzy. I had been cleaning my bathroom and the rest of the house and I think the fumes got to me. So I considered yesterday to be my rest day and I…

I should clarify, it's the Jillian Michaels Slim Down app (not sure if there are others that might get confused with) also it's free! :)

I'm with you on that one! I hate the running man! Suicides are not my favorite (I wouldn't go that far), but I can tolerate them a lot more than the running man. I love doing the punches. :)

I felt really strong doing my Day 4 work out! Dare I say, I am actually looking forward to doing my Day 5 workout! :)

Got done with Kickstart Day 4 today. Was able to tolerate the Cardio 1 much better today! Hopefully tomorrow since I will only have to do it twice it will be much better. Feeling good and so proud that I've stuck with it thus far.

I know what you mean, the cardio is rough. I have a feeling I am going to be so relieved to move onto Cardio 2... I am getting sick of Cardio 1 already!! haha

I did the first day yesterday because I prefer to start things at the beginning of the week vs. the beginning of the month. I was just excited to get started I suppose. I found the first workout to go by super fast! I am doing the Kickstart as a little mini-challenge to myself. I worry about getting bored with the cardio…

I am in the midst of some big changes when it comes to a job and where I am going to be living. I will be moving at the end of October and I am visiting family in the middle of the month, no doubt this will be a challenge but I plan on persevering! Overall I need to lose weight to have a healthy BMI. My first weight loss…

I am going to be likely moving at the end of the month and travelling for a week this month but I plan to still taking on this challenge. Even if I have to do double time on…

The pregnancy thing has happened to me on more than one occasion. :-/ That's the worst. My other humiliating "fat" moment was when my grandmother made a comment that I must have gained all the weight that my mother has lost. Rude... still haven't forgiven her for that snide remark.

27! :)

Yoga can definitely help, but I would say its best to keep a good balance between cardio and strength training. You don't have to run to do cardio though, you can do things like Zumba, dancing, Walking, Elliptical, etc. Hope that helps.

Hah! I loved this. :)

I totally agree with you. When I read the "you are still VERY overweight" I was like, "What a *****!" That is not the type of feedback I would put out there. How about being encouraging instead of being so damn negative? I'm sure this girl, brave as she was to post her picture and put it out there in the first place (I…
