definitely do measurements. I gained some pounds when I started too. It might be water retention. While you are drinking lots of water to flush out all the bad stuff and the water that was stored, it will take some time to do that, so its holding on to more until it realizes it doesn't need to. and then you will start…

it sounds like you should really talk to a doctor. throwing up water is not good. also not eating enough. maybe you need to change the foods you eat in the first place to reach the calorie goals.

I like the PP's recommendation. You can always run in place to some upbeat music. Sometimes I do 'wii active' which has a lot of cardio in it..more than wii fit. also have you checked out fit for duty -they have a podcast on itunes that is free and they have workouts for all types of things

you mean, weigh around 130? I'm like 135 -that's my avg weight and I'm trying to get to like 115. From my understanding, you've already eaten 1200 calories, and worked off more. I think you're good cause you took in the right intake. to me , it would help you…

welcome! i'm hardly on the boards, but I come on to log in my food and exercise usually for a few days in a row. I too realized I was eating too much, even though I'm already fairly healthy, and in the right BMI, i'm getting towards the unhealthy bar. Hope this site helps!

I work six days in a row-all day so I feel your pain. I try to do something-like get up an hour earlier-go running or do a workout, and by the time I shower and get ready- I'm awake and ready for the day and already forgotten that I worked out. I don't have much motivation to work out when I get back though.
