So my job requires me to stand for 8 hours with minimal walking/wandering around. I'm wondering if you would consider that any sort of exercise-I know it's better than sitting all day... Can you burn calories just standing? also, does anyone know some good shoes for that...I'm having major lower back pain because of it....…
