  • Ok, I'll go first I guess... Weight - 118.3 kg WC - 109.0 cm HC - 139.0 cm BW - 40.3% BM - 28.9% BF - 45.3% Loss (3.8kg, 0.2% fat and gained 0.3% water in 2 weeks) * I start my first week of exercise tonight - I hope it'll make a difference to my results for next week! :D
