Brilliant weekend overall. The run was fantastic, such an experience. Already signed up for 2013 :) What was everyones time? I managed 2hrs 52 which was under the 3 hours i wanted so pretty chuffed. Imagine what i can achieve if I trained properly and didn't get ill?? :) Kat x

I find I'm often invisible....people bang into me in shops etc....soon see me though when I shout at them. Prime example today woman barges past me in tesco I shout after her 'I assume you meant excuse me before you shoved past' haha look on her face is was priceless.

It's a great workout. I go to classes twice a week at two sessions a time. Can't seem to get enough.

Mine was a UK size 10 - but today i am in a size 8 top and bottom.....can't quite beleive it! Keep going, its a realistic goal, and you can do it! x

I love Kettlebells and i go to classes twice a week for 2 hours at a time. I have started doing the kettlercise classes which are brilliant. I started last October with a 3kg bell, i now use an 8kg bell, and started using it continously for both my classes. I can feel it today after my Monday class. Hope i can do the same…

I limit myself to 3 cups a day, with sweetner and skimmed milk (sometimes soya!). rest of time i drink water.
