Thanks I like soda a lot but I LOVE water so I think the transition to just water, unsweetened teas, and occasionally coffee will be just fine, Congrats on your 5 weeks w/o soda! :D

keep your iPhone with the MFP app on the table and monitor everything you eat to stay within your calories? ^ that plus I wont eat for the whole day so that all the calories can go to the buffet :laugh: and just drink water!!! no need to add drinkable calories.
