Hi, I really enjoy your posts and your a wealth of information. I am wondering if you have any suggestions on getting rid of Belly Fat? Should I be concentrating on cardio and if so how much? Currently I am doing Tae-bo and 30 Day shred.

Does anyone know how many calories are buned on level 1? I read somewhere that its 244 but I'm not sure if that is accurate and not sure how to post it on my exercise log....

Count me in! I am on day 2 level 1. I am also doing Taebo Basic in the evening. Hopefully this will get the scale moving down again!!:wink:

LOL! Yes they are a killer and the sweat that pours out of me when I do it is no joke! But it does gets easier and it works! Last year I progressed to level 3 and I was in awesome shape. It got to be to easy for me so I switched to her no more trouble zones video. However, due to personal setbacks I stopped exercising…

Thanks for the welcome everyone! Doreen I am going to plan my meals ahead of time and stay away from fast food. I have started Jillian Michaels 30 day shred in the mornings, taking a dance class twice a week and taebo in the evenings. Just have to stick to it.:bigsmile:
