A cheat day is one where I eat wherever you want but not go overboard eating everything in sight. Usually a food that I don't eat all the time, some candy, maybe a few cocktails. Just letting the hair down a bit but not using it as an excuse to get nutty and lose sight of my goals

I am a surgical receptionist at an ambulatory surgery center and I spend half the day on my feet, signing patients in,bringing them to pre-op areas and running all over. The other half is spent sitting either scheduling or preparing charts. More movement than most desk jobs, I think, but definitely not constantly active.

If you're a member of Netflix, they have a great variety of workout shows on there, believe it or not. I found some Pilates workouts that I love and it's easy than housing DVDs, it's legit, and if you already have Netflix then you're not spending extra. Worth a shot I think.
