I am a cook and my schedule rotates. One week days and one week afternoons and my eating schedule is never the same plus I also taste food at work and that does not help weight.0

full time nursing/midwifery student plus i work part time as well......gonna be no me time when uni starts again =[0

Relief manager in architectural coatings industry. Constantly on my feet for 10-11 hours per day and lifting gallons/five gallong pails of paint everyday. Can be a decent workout at times.0

im a paralegal.im at my desk 8 hrs a day plus 1 hr. travel time.then i come home to my kids.0

Human Resources Rep. Lots of desk time.0

I am a surgical receptionist at an ambulatory surgery center and I spend half the day on my feet, signing patients in,bringing them to pre-op areas and running all over. The other half is spent sitting either scheduling or preparing charts. More movement than most desk jobs, I think, but definitely not constantly active.0

Nephrology Clinician. On my feet 9-12 hours a shift, 3 to 4 shifts a week. I wear a pedometer to track my distance walked and calories burned:)0

I run an internal advertising agency for a large credit union. No two days are the same - but my schedule overall is very flexible.0

Stay at home mom.....food is always just in the other room....Ugh!! Considering going back to work just so I don't have that temptation in my face all day!!!!0

I work in natural resources for a city, varied duties, more of a desk job in winter. Also mom of 1 & a wife.0

Hi, I am an RN (currently teaching right now) and also a grad student--but my favorite job is mom to 2 girls and wife to a super duper husband. We live in the DC area so I also am a fighter of LOTS of traffic LOL!!0

Marketing consultant: desk job, work at home, lots of web meetings and conference calls so I can't always escape.0

Senior Manager for an Non for Profit Employment Company...I travel between 3 offices so I am either bound to my desk or out in the car...Not good for trying to maintain a healthy diet.

Life Coach, Graduate Teaching Assistant at Capella University, and Ph.D student in Industrial/Organizational Psychology. Sit at a desk, but have the ability to move around as I want and make my own hours. Can't beat it!0

I work 3PM to 11PM Sunday through Thursday at a Hotel. I tell ya, with these work hours and going to school from 9am-1pm it makes it hard to have a steady meal plan. We tend to have a lot of down time durring the late evenings and thats when I eat the most, I snack like crazy because I am bored. AND..there are always fresh baked cookies...just to smell them I gain 5 pounds.0

:flowerforyou: Pharmacy Technician, 9-6, Mon-Fri with some Saturdays! On my feet the whole entire time!!! I'm so used to it, it does not help me lose weight!! Just causes me to swell...which I hate!!0
