Did week 1, day 2 yesterday 10-12-8-8-0. I could not do the last set as my elbow was hurting (an old injury). Also I had just done a 5k run so I was a bit tired. Did week 3 day 1 sit ups today 21-27-21-21-50. Exhaustion test yesterday of 100. Also ate a double choc chip muffin and some chocolates and red wine. So things…

I bought an expensive pair of skinny jeans and remind myself every time I wear them how much effort it took to get into them in hope that I will stay this size!

Surely these count as calories back to eat? I did not count the mins and MFP seems to count them in mins and nor reps! I am sure just one tiny bit of chocolate!! :0)

Hiya, I am 40 soon to turn 41, I lost my weight from Aug to Dec last year and I found this site worked really well for me. Good luck.
-
Good idea I may just do that instead. I will take a look at the app.

Did you start on week 3? I was just looking at that and it looked tough. Well done I have no idea if I will reach week 3 even! I think I would fine the 200 sit up challenge easier ! We will have to all do that one next!

I am going to do day 1 tomorrow as I have my circuits class tonight. I have downloaded an app onto my phone to do it, but I do not think it is the same one. Does this challange have an iPhone or iPad app? Cheers. Good luck everyone. Tried to get some of the people I work with to join in - no takers!!

Just did 17 full ones, quite pleased so level 3

I have just read the blurb, looking forward to tomorrow!

I am tempted, but 100 sounds so many (for a woman) or am I being sexist!? I will give it a go. I can do 8 in 30 secs (on my toes with a break after the first 6) during the middle of a circuit class when I am absolutely knackered so I should be able to do more with more energy. I would try now but I have just had a rather…

Well done, fantastic progress, keep up the good work.

Sometimes you just have to had a blow out. The most important thing is be kind to yourself and just start again tomorrow. Try to eat what you had originally planned for the rest of the day. If you cut back too much for the rest of the day you will end up binging again at late evening - has happened to me many a time. Good…

No you don't thanks, I was just going from what I read on the website. I already feel a little too defined sometimes in my arms and i do not want anymore definition here, however my legs could do with more work and my tummy Might read some more and give it a try.

I eat 200 cals of choc a day too. Half after lunch and the other half after tea. I cut it out while I was on 1200 cals per day but now I am on 1450 cals it is firmly back and I have no intention of cutting it out!

I actually quite like it, as long as the guys are being nice and not rude. I would not like to think I was getting past the age of getting attention.

Stronglifts 5x5 looks v focused on men wanting bulky muscles. How does it work for women, same result? Sorry for pinching your thread to ask my own question, but I am also interested.

This site has worked perfectly for me and I have always eaten back all of my calories even the ones for cleaning!
-
Well done

You really do look amazing well done.

Hiya, I have done it too in 3 to 4 mths. I was a uk 12 and I am now an 8/9 uk. I was eating 1200 cals per daybp, but eating back all exercise cals including cleaning, ironing and gardening. I am exercising for an hour 3 times ore week, 1 session of body pump and 2 sessions of circuit training. So all in all I was eating…

Hiya, what are hcg and b12 injections, some sort of vitamin supplement?

This is also the problem of having a desk job. So much for the average person should eat 2000 cals per day. Most of us have desk jobs so eating 2000 cals without exercise = putting on weight.
-
I am not using the system to tell me how many cals to eat, I am basing it on current weight loss at each level of calories and making my own judgement. Fitness pal tells me to eat 1660 to maintain. That might be where I end up, but I am gradually building up to it.

Good post, I never understand all of these werid diets people go on, just eat less and exercise more, simple. I eat pie, chips, curry, chocolate etc.. Just smaller portions.

You look amazing in your second picture, you have a really pretty face and you can so notice the difference. Keep up the fantastic work.
