If the av person should eat 2000, then why can I only eat 1650 to maintain? Bummer!!

Can anyone recommend a good yoga dvd?
I am fairly new to yoga, but not unfit. My aim it to get more bendy and help prevent injury. I need something easy to follow but not too basic please. I am going to yoga classes but only twice a month due to other commitments, so I need to do most of it at home. I mainly do bodypump, circuits and running. Thanks!

How many cals to maintain?
hiya, I was on a 1200 cal diet for 3 mths and lost 15 lbs my goal (eating back any cals from exercise). I upped my cals to 1440 a month ago as I did not want to add too many in one go and I have lost a further 1lbs in one month. So today I have upped to 1550 cals per day. Problem with Withing Scale & body fat
my Withing's scales records my body fat every morning and it used to sync perfectly with my Withings app on my iPad. A couple of months ago it stop working for no apparent reason and now it measures correctly on the scales say at 25% and then records 55% on my iPad, very frustrating. Anyone know how to fix this? Moving to weight maintenance
hiya, I am not sure where to post this. I am just starting to try and maintain my weight. I have upped my calories to 1440 cals per day, which is still down as loosing 1/2 lb per week, I am a bit nervous about going up too much too quick. Anyone else currently moving to maintenance?

mine shows my body fat % on the scales and then shows a different % on my iPad app. I was wondering whether or not anyone else had this issue Nd how to resolve this?
