prawns are really good, low in fat high in protein, i normally have a handful of those with a massive salad.. then that also leaves room for pudding which is mainly low fat greek yogurt and fruit mainly berries, blueberrys raspberrys etc!!

excellent thanks for this.. totally agree.. level one has got a bit samey now.. and i know whats coming so i start to talk my self out of it.. i definetly need a new challenge and level 2 will be it.. Eeek... let me know how you get one..

im also really struggling with the push ups.. to the point where im now doing them against the wall, and making sure all the weight is on my arms.. you can really feel it and it works for me. I made the error of watching level 2, now im worried as its all press ups.. i better get practising.
