:smile: I have over 100 to lose. Need the support. I been working crazy hours and exercise is not on my schedule which I need to do. working 12 to 14 hours a day is not good. So portions I have exercise no. to tired to work out. So please any sugguestion or any support will be needed .

thanks I will., we all need to know that we are not alone in the process in changing our bodies. It won't be easy but with every day life makes changes. But we take one day at time and it can be done. That is my way of today to get thur this life changing thinking on food and my exercising fun. :wink: .
