  • I go to Planet Fitness and I LOVE IT!! I am a very self concious person and dont wanna feel like im being judged or watched and i have been going to this gym for a couple months and have never once found i feel uncomftorable.:happy:

After these are done and i see what results i get im gonna go back to mixing things up... Im wanting to try to work some off of the theory that 1300 calories equal a pound, If i can burn 500 calories day…

  • I also wanted to add. We walk 1-2 hours a night most weeks and go to the gym following that for 30-45mins and ride bikes when able. So i am active so thats whar leads me to food being the enemy. Thanks HB
