As someone who has worked at McDonald's for 6 years, I hate this. If you ask for us to drop your fries while you wait, we will. If you don't mind salt and ask for no salt fries, I have to clean the bin, the scooper, and waste all the other fries in there.

I'm the same way. I carry my weight better. I actually went down a ring size since losing 40 pounds because i really carry my weight everywhere.

I fell off the elliptical my first time on it. I was trying to drink my water without stopping moving... I am not a coordinated lady.

When I get sick, I normally try to drink a lot of my calories in drinks with a lot of nutrition because i don't have an appetite.

It's 1200 without including the tea. That also doesn't include any condiments or anything else you ate. The 4 large Sweet Teas a day were probably putting you at maintance calories for your wait. Just switching to water instead of anything with calories should give you a loss.

This. Whenever a meal doesn't come at as good as I thought it would, I'm super upset with myself. I was splitting mine, but my endo said it was fine to take it all at once. I normally do at 11pm, have a 15 carb snack, and go to bed. I like taking it all at once because it burns and I really hate it.

I'm giving myself tattoos for rewards! A tattoo for every twenty pounds! I love tattoos. My last tattoo when I hit my goal will be a heart on my (hopefully flat) stomach by where I inject. A good reminder to love myself. My boyfriend also bought me new shoes this week.

My other work food is a burger pattie covered in grilled onions with a piece of swiss cheese. Not super low-calorie, but low-carb. The crew are always so confused when I'm ringing up my food and I normally have to go make it myself.
