Thank you for sharing, that is truely amazing. I just turned 41 and have been going back and forth with MFP for over a year not really sticking to it. I decided today that I would start each day with a success story. Thank you for being the first, I feel inspired. I related to just about all that you said!

I work night shift so I have this problem all the time. What I do is count it on the day before because I haven't gone to sleep and ended my day yet! My day starts when I get up and ends when I go to bed no matter what the calander says or the clock on the wall, hope this helps......good luck!

I just did the 30 day shred for the first time and I have no idea how to put that in the exercise tracker it won't except anything I try! Hows everyone else charting it?:embarassed:

I hear you, my classes start back today too. I actually had the night off but have been up since 2:am should be an interesting year, taking 18 credits and working at night. Ugh where do I fit exercise into that!

I also work night shift, it can really take a toll on your weight loss efforts.
