I loved my Snap Fitness. I left because the new gym I joined has a pool and classes.

I allow myself 10 Pretzel or Peanut M&M's a day. That's not a ton of calories and let's me take care of my sweet cravings. It does take some self-control though. :happy:

I HIGHLY recommend Panera's Grilled Chicken Strawberry Poppyseed salad. It also has blueberries, pineapple, pecans, and mandarin oranges in it. It's also only 280 calories and it's a pretty big salad. I might be slightly addicted. :laugh:

Does it grind or just have pain? I've been in the same boat for years and I've finally found a doctor that thinks he knows what's going on. I'm actually having my knee scoped this Friday! There is really no hurt in going to the doctor. They can always prescribe you physical therapy which can help you strengthen the muscles…
