I am! I literally made a similar post maybe about an hour ago! I have PCOS as well and my husband and I have been trying to get pregnant since April 2015 with no luck. I am 5ft 6 in at 232.2lbs and my goal is 145lbs. Hopefully we can support each other!

I haven't had this but I have read about it. It could definitely be from exercising at a high intensity. I would see a doc to be sure but I have read that this can happen.

I LOVE pasta so I can't see myself giving up completely so instead I have switched to Brown rice and the whole grain spaghetti noodles. Also my goal today is to start eating more veggies and fruit :)

I over an over active mind so I can never sleep when I need to. I take ZQuil (It's NyQuil's version of a sleeping aid). Don't worry it's not cold medicine lol it's only for sleeping. Well it gives the option to change it from desk job-little exercise to 1-3 hours of light exercise and it bumps the calories to 1949. That just seems high, not to mention that I would not consider this ''light exercise'' but the next option is 3-5 hours of moderate exercise and bumps the calories to 2197. It just seems…

Thanks! I have a HRM I just wasn't sure if the program will be more strength lifting type or more of a cardio type of workout. If it is strength I was told not use the HRM but if it is more cardio based then HRM would be the way for me to log it.
