Jillian Michaels does have the DVD . It is called 30 day shred. You can find it on Amazon for less than 10 bucks. You can also download one level at a time for about 2 bucks each.

I have only been doing that for a couple weeks now. I did have a few headaches at first ,but have felt really good the second week. Food is starting to taste better and better with less condiments. Do you have any bagles. Those always fill me up and get me through any cravings. Most are very low in fat. The fat free pudings are good for chocolate cravings but are not as filling as the bagles.
