Yeah Lately it feels like I'm forcing myself to drink water. Don't know what's up with that but I'm trying to drink it with every meal now.

Ah yes I seem to not be getting enough water lately. It fills me up so quickly, than I'm afraid I'm not eating right or enough.

Usually I drink a protein shake for breakfast and some fruit but I haven't drank any lately. Maybe I need to get back on that.

Ok thanks. I nearly had muscle faliure the other day lol. You know it's a good workout when that happens.

A couple reasons I guess. Depression, sleep and anxiety medication (Seroquel makes you less of a human and more of a zombie) I had a sit down job and didn't realize how much I was eating and how big i was getting. I gained 40 pounds during that stage. Lost about 25 of it and gained back almost half of that when I dated my…

Try some low cal snacks between meals and drink the amount of water you're supposed to. That has helped me.

Yeah I don't drink enough water so I try to just drink water if I'm feeling hungry. If I still feel hungry I get me snack

Yeah, I did that this morning after my workout. Protein shake and a banana. I was surprisingly full but it is 45 grams of protein in the shake. So I will consider that a meal from now on after a workout. I want to gain muscle to but I also want to lose 20 pounds. Mainly from my stomach and thighs/legs.

Thanks everyone for your advice, facts and information. I'm really trying to find what's right for me with help so I can get in the best shape. I've been a little discouraged lately since I've upped my workouts now to 5 days a week instead of the 2 I do for martial arts, and don't seem to be progressing.

Eating right after I wake up makes me feel a little ill. I don't know why and also makes me feel like I'm forcing myself to eat since I don't feel hungry in the mornings.

hmmm That seems complicated. But I do have the intention of upping my workouts once I get a more consistent gym schedule. I tend to do 30mins of cardio than lift weights for all parts of my body.
