Me too. When the prilosec quit working I knew that my choice was to suffer fat or suffer to get in shape. That was about 4 months ago. I completely changed my eating habits & started riding my bike alot & walking some. Now all of my clothes that were tight are baggy & some even too big. Next step is a work out boot camp.…

Hubby bought me a SunBike for Christmas. Mine is a step through frame which looks odd but allows me to get on & off even when my hips are bugging me. I LOVE my bike. SunBikes are a USA company & very well made. They have a ton of different models. I've been riding a couple days a week for 9 months now & no complaints.

Yogurt, a banana or piece of in season fruit & a small handful of almonds.

Edamame. Yum! Carrots & hummus (I pretty much live on carrots & hummus.) Fresh fruit in season, good deli sliced chicken, yogurt, broccoli & califlower.
