Thanks a mil girls. That's what I'm thinking...maybe not tracking my sugars and tracking something else would be better because any of the sugars that I am eating is from fruit or other healthy sources so I feel that can't be bad...I just can't seem to stay within my sugars any day... Thanks again

Yep girls I'm with you all too! I'm 5ft 1 and im currently 117llbs but would love to get down 7-10lbs. Like you all I find that because I'm so small that you just really notice all the extra weight. Like some of you it all hangs around my waist, thighs and my bingo wings! Hopefully this site will help me keep track and see…

What is the best way to reduce cholesterol then eat lots of fruit and veg....beacuse I was just looking at my food diary and the fruit I was having banana's and apples etc seem to be very high in sugar so now confused and not sure what to eat!!! if I get one…
