Wow you guys impress me with your culinary finds! I am in the Netherlands and the grocery stores here are tiny. Not much to choose from and it doesn't help that I'm not a good cook. I definitely need to invest in a toaster oven atleast.

I'm currently at 185.5 and I started at this weight in January, got down to 177 in April, then two cruises later and a lenient diet, I'm back up to my starting point. I'm in the process of 30DS, plan to move on to Ripped in 30 next and after that 6week6pack. I've heard that the 6W6P tones more than just your stomach. Most people say they feel it in their shoulders and butt so that would be the one I'd pick up next if you have already done the other two. Good luck!
