I choose whatever beans/veggies I have on hand ( I like to use chickpeas, red kidney, red and green peppers ). Then make a simple oil vinegar dressing like the one below. 1/3 cup vinegar 1/4 cup olive oil 2-3 Tbsp Sugar substitute to equal the same amount of granulated sugar 1 1/2 teaspoons salt 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

I like to bake salmon in low fat yogurt with dill and serve with a mustard sauce. For the sauce just chop one small onion and saute, add a few squirts of mustard and about a cup of the yogurt.

I haven't tried it but this looks like a good alternative... http://www.soscuisine.com/en/recipes/view/oven-fried-fish-and-chips?sos_l=en I would tweak it a little by using whole wheat flour or using a cereal like corn flakes if you want a different texture and serving it with sweet potato fries or turnip fries.

I have not seen or tried Kettleworx but I have heard of Biggest Loser Power Sculpt which looks pretty good. I know what you mean about the 30DS, I know she doesn't offer modified jumping jacks but I have to in order not to injure myself. I actually tore something in my arm recently from all those planks, so now I am…

I tried these brownies on the weekend and they were not too bad but most importantly they satisfied my chocolate craving. I did tweak it slightly by using whole wheat flour which makes them more denser which I liked and I cut the chocolate in half by chopping up the chips and spreading them around at the end like icing, so…

Hi, I was curious about the whole sodium thing too when I started. Most suggested I go with what MFP recommended and see how my weight loss goes then adjust it as needed especially if I find I am not loosing anymore.
