  • I read that a banana is a good post-workout snack and if eaten within 15 minutes post-exercise it will be stored as energy for later and not fat! So hey why not treat yourself after a hard workout. You can always split this recipe in half.

  • I took a quick taste as I just prepared it this morning for tonights dinner and for me it was just the right about of curry and heat. I did add 3 tablespoons of the curry paste :) ETA: I should add the sodium content listed above was for regular broth but the low sodium I used works out to about 250mg per serving.
