Today is my day 1!! yesterday was over, i had no binge food in my house, but then i left and bought some...ice cream, chips, and a sandwich. 1500 cals total which put me at 2900 for the day. :-/ I went 9 days which is good for me...no more for November I hope.

I think cereal for me was/is the biggest shocker. Not so much how many calories are in it, but how damn small my "bowl of cereal" has to be to only be a serving...come on now, I could easily eat 3 servings in my breakfast bowl.

I'm 5'2" SW- 176 lbs- I was a tight 10...I refused to buy a 12 and instead joined MFP CW- 156 lbs- comfortable 8 GW - 128 lbs (I weighed 130 lbs 3 years ago and I was a size 2/4, so I'd like to be there again)
