Gina I have the same problem on cycle 2! It's just hard to stick to for some reason, but it's good for giving your body a break from C1. I definitely have no advice since my C2 was a crash a burn! But I am back on C1 today because its really the only cycle I lose on.

Just wanted to say I relate to your question, I am not a person who just practices moderation when I am not tracking calories, so I will always track. I agree with the others, add back 100 cals a week, maybe, slowly, let your metabolism come back up.

Omigosh I'm really struggling! Work stress, cravings, and I am wearing glasses that gave me a headache all day, kids are sick and I am fighting off their cold. I would say yes, but you need to really make sure that you get enough calories. It's really easy to undereat if you are not careful, and then you might have milk supply problems.
