I only hit the scales every 6 weeks, so the shock is more real. rather than a poind or two ist more like 8-12. wecome. it was a new thing for me a few months back too. but I feel great and am starting to look great again. down 16 since I came on board. still got a ways to go, but I also know I didn't get here overnight either. So givin time my goals will be accomplished.

I'm with you on that one. the past ten years did it to me. Love my boys to much to see them not have a great and awesome grandpa for thier children in the years to come. cute Eve, takes me back to the years (15 of 'em) when I adopted my sons. wouldn't trade a day of it for those embarrasing moments in life. they were worth every moment of personal humilation and loss of dignity. definatly makes ya succure in your parenthood.

a two egg ommelette, filled with onion, green pepper, mushrooms, a small bit of ham and just enogh chedder to bleand the flavors. top it off with some salsa and a cup of jo as it is cold here again today. shoot I though the thermometer was broke as it 5 degrees again.

Ican, Amen to that. From a former paratrooper, these kids are still my heros. as my son will be one of them after he graduates this spring. Not lloking to forwrd to it, but he is my hero too and I'm proud of him.
