i am having one of those days!!! i cant stop eating!!! nothin unhealthy AT ALL but i just cant stop!!!

    Try to intake some water to help subdue your cravings, perhaps this may help. And certainly don't get discouraged, remember positive things happen to positive people. The power of thought cannot be underestimated. Good Luck to you. :smile:
