  • I tried a great tip from another forum for ranch dip. Mix the powdered ranch dip with greek yogurt for a nice dip. You could also buy a one of the rotisserie chickens (remove the skin and break up the meat) and mini-rolls for mini-sandwiches. Also frozen small shrimp and cocktail sauce.
  • I get the kids meal. I travel at least once a month and sometimes options are limited. Any fast food place, I get the kids meals which is probably closer to normal portion sizes.   • I like sugar free chocolate pudding mixed with cool whip (makes 2 servings). Sometimes I top it with a crushed mini-cookie for a little parfait. It satisfies my chocolate craving.
  • Do you like salads? If so, you can get a large container, fill with lettuce (I like to mix cheaper iceberg with romaine). Top with chicken, nuts, seeds, turkey, ham, cheese (feta, cheddar, whatever), and/or other vegetables. I like to copy some of the salads from Panera and add sliced apples or strawberries.   • One of my friends swears by eating 6 small meals a day. He says this trains your body to burn calories since it knows that more is coming soon.
  • I used to wear 2 bras, but I found one at Title nine online shop. I also like the Anita from www.herroom.com. BTW I am a 42D.
