Congrats on your results! I'm in the 6th week. I agree - my changes haven't been remarkable, but I do like seeing the definition of muscle in my arms and have noticed change in my legs as well. Chalene's anaerobic workouts are killer too . . . Going to do TurboFire after this . . .

Bought some fun kids' stickers, made a special calendar to track my exercise days and every day I exercise, even if it's low-intensity, such as a moderate walk, I give myself one. Thanks for everyone's help. I'll have to ask at the gym - the equipment at the one I go to doesn't specify gender though some of the machines do ask for weight. I was hoping to find some kind of a percentage or formula I could base it off of, but I do realize all of this is an estimate. Maybe a bodybugg is the way to go!!!
