I'm 5'4 and when I started I weighed 154 lbs and had a 36DD chest. 4 months later I'm 143lbs, have a 36D chest, and have built up a good amount of muscle. My original goal was to hit 142, but now I want to hit 140. I'll still have big boobs and awesome curves!! Oh, and my profile pic is from Sept 2010 (I was about 150…

These are always on my grocery list (but not all at the same time, lol): tomatoes avacados low sodium turkey string cheese eggs (to hard boil) cottage cheese broccoli frozen skinless chicken breasts cashews Greek yogurt single serving Skinny Cow ice cream (just one of the mini-containers is about 120 calories) turkey bacon…

I wear two sports bras AND a exercise tank with a built in bra when I work out. I buy a new sports bra every three months or so. And I do buy new shoes every 9 months or so. I would adivse all women to use a sports bra, no matter what size you are, but especially if you are above a 34C. The more yours breasts move when you…

Hardboiled egg, precooked bacon, and either tomatoes or string cheese.

That most people on here are talking out of their *kitten*. No joke.

You were eating too few calories. You only want around a 500 calorie deficit a day. MFP has my calories set at 1300, but all the research I've done (and I'm a librarian) shows that I would be eating more like 1800 a day to loose weight.

Welcome!! Feel free to Friend me. =)

I haven't had a problem at all keeping my calories low and not feeling hungry at the end of the day. I eat dinner around 6pm and I'm full after that. Usual Monday - Friday menu: Breakfast: 3 egg whites or 1 hard boiled egg Turkey bacon or turkey sausage String cheese Snack: Broccoli Low cal, low fat dip Lunch: Chicken…

Hardboiled eggs, turkey bacon, tomato slices, and string cheese. That's my standard M-F breakfast. I take it to work and eat it as I'm settling in for the day.

MFP has my calories around 1300, but everything else I've read has me at 1700. I don't know why MFP has it so low. I don't know what calculations they use. I'd go the number that most sites are giving you, even if that means not following MFP.

As someone who take a daily medication anyways, I don't have any problem taking something else to help my RLS. I just want to find the right thing to take! =)

Up your calories.

If you eat enough of the right stuff during the day, you shouldn't be hungry at night. The most important thing is to differentiate between eating because you are hungry.....and eating because you are bored. I used to snack all night long.......because I was bored. Sometimes I still find myself in the kitchen at 8pm…

I count both and try to keep my carbs under 70. It's actually pretty easy if you plan ahead and get creative.

Don't worry about the number on the scale. Pay attention to how you feel and how your clothes fit.

Nothing is off limits for me. The key is moderation!!

My boyfriend is a runner and he does the 4 Hour Body diet, which includes a "binge" day. It works for him, but everyone is different.

Beer is the one place that I REFUSE to cut calories. Ugh. No "light" beer for me. =)

MFP was only giving me 1210 calories, which is INSANELY low and unhealthy. I did a lot of research (I'm a libarian, research is fun for me) and I decided that 1730 calories is actually what I need to be taking in. I should still loose a pound a week at 1730 calories! I'm try shooting for this goal instead.

I think it happens to everyone who changes their diet. =)

I mix Greek yogurt, frozen berries, and whey protein for a smoothie. I drink that on my way to work and in my first hour of work. Then around 10 AM or so I have egg whites and turkey sausage. YUM.

Mine haven't changed, still a 36DD at 5'4. I've trimmed down everywhere else....so now I look even more out of proportion. lol
-
Cut out potatoes and stay away from white breads.

I do not like "regular" yogurt, but LOVE greek yogurt. The Chobani Pomegranate is great!

And no, this isn't a plea for attention. I was hoping that people who respond positively and actually help me to do better. And most of you guys have. Thank you. But for those who have been rude, belittled my asking for help, or questioned what I'm saying....it's that kind of attitude that makes people reluctant to ask for…

whoops....three or four times a week. Sorry!!!!

Hahaha! Thanks. =)

Wow, one would think that posting on here would bring support and encouragement. Not sarcasm and rudeness. Probably the last time I post on here. Thanks to those who answered kindly, it's very appreciated.

Trust me guys, I eat eggs and cheese. I eat berries every AM (I make a smoothie). I think it's my aversion to red meat, peanut butter, etc that are getting in my way.

Thanks PeaceLuvVeggi. I agree.
