Hi I'm from Lincolnshire and new to MFP have been with weight watchers for about a year but I don't like the new pro points so thought I'd try it on here. Could do with some friends also. :smile:

well done keep it up. I work in a high raised building and I try to do the stairs as often as possible - I'm currently working on the 8th floor and have yet to do all of them, but I'll get there just takes time.
