Personally, I like WW and MFP. I will be doing both in 2012. If I can do everything on MFP that I can on WW, I will not go to WW anymore...we will see... MFP is just like WW only in calories and NOT PP+ -Melanie-

I only lose 0.7 lbs per week. Slow and steady. Set small goals that are realistic. Long term goals are the ones that you can strive for when you are getting close to the ideal weight that is suggested to you. Be patient. You can do it!!!

WW wants you to eat POWER FOODS..........do you know what a power food is? They are: fruits vegetables whole grains dairy lean protein My WW PP value is 42 per day, and that is 1900 or so calories on MFP!!!!!!! My BIG problem was COST of those power foods. ditto...Im voting the same explanations above...all are explanations have my vote on loose skin and how to keep it off. I have lost 28 lbs in 9 mo. The slower you go and keep it off the better your chances of not having loose skin.

I will log everything cuz I need to see what happens when I give myself a "free" day. Everyday counts. If I put it in my mouth, I must log to make sure everyone else can see my foods and help me along with my choices in all the yummy foods during ANY day (including holidays).:flowerforyou:

Dont be so discouraged already. I have been at it since March 8, 2011 and only have lost 28 lbs. I have only lost 28 lbs in 9 mo. I think the slower it comes off the better chances of staying off. I will never go back to that weight again. Good luck to you all. Feel free to add me as a friend as I need all the help I can get.
