I do think that is the real ticket, just changing my routine. I like the idea of lifting heavier and lifting more often and adding HIIT with my cardio workouts. Time to make a new game plan!! I will start insanity in March which i am looking forward to, maybe that will help as well. Thanks guys :)

That used to be a problem for me as well. I started going to the gym before dinner, now by the time I get home and pack lunches for the next day and make and eat dinner it is 8-830 and Im not able to binge in the evenings.

^^^ This I leave out the sugar and add 1/2 a banana, so yummy! Also 1 c almond milk 1 tbsp almond butter 1/2 banana 1 scoop vanilla protein powder I am going to try a beet protein shake this weekend, I will let you know how that turns out :)

Hit the gym at 530 for an hr, then home to get ready for work, at "work" til 6pm now. My day normally consists of trolling MFP!! lol I need a new job! lol It would be nice to be productive and busy!
