Stess = weight gain?
Can stress actually cause weight gain and if so how? Also if so is there a way to prevent it or reverse it? Im not talking about stress eating. Lower my cardio and up my weight training
Currently I do 30 mins cardio and 30-45 mins lifting 3 days a week and an hour of cardio 2 days a week. I am not perfect, there are days when I just dont get a workout in. spinning/cycling calories
For those of you that do spinning classes, how do you calculate your calories burned. I dont see a spinning option on here, I used another website and entered my weight and mins and for 60 mins it said 902. That seems really high. Sadly I dont have a HRM yet, I am pretty sure there is one in my stocking :) yippee

I think it may be time to start eating more calories (hoping it will lower the number on the scale). Looking for suggestions on healthy options. I eat paleo/primal. Also has anyone increased your calories and had successful results? The thought freaks me out...I know it shouldnt My diary is open

Losing very slowly...Help
I eat roughly 1200-1300 calories a day, with a slightly higher intake on Sats. I exercise a min of 5 days a week. I eat 85% paleo and I am losing incredible slow. Roughly a pound a week.
